LIXIL was formed in 2011 through the merger of five companies (INAX, Tostem, SUNWAVE Industries, Shin Nikkei and Toyo Exterior). Hisai LIXIL Factory Corporation was established in 1979 as a factory in Tsu City (formerly Hisai City) in Mie Prefecture, and has been running for 45 years now as a manufacturing company. The company manufactures aluminum sashes for residential use, mainly residential windows and shutters. Visitors can tour our manufacturing site and also observe and experience our Japanese production management system (training of new employees, 4 Ⅿ management, etc.).
